The Diamond Heart Initiative Project at SunFlor Foundation for Women Support is located in Ibadan, Nigeria,. The project is dedicated to assisting young women whose lives have been impacted by unintended or unplanned pregnancies. The provided assistance under this project is targeted at helping these women rebuild their lives through re-entering the world of productivity, either as formal skill-based students or apprentices in informal skills. 

The project is also designed to help reduce the effects of sexual reproductive challenges on pregnant teenage girls and address the potential issues such as social vices or economic instability that may arise for these very young mothers as a result of these challenges.

Diamond Heart Initiative project is also dedicated to offering one-on-one assistance, encouragement, and support to facilitate transformative journeys for these women.
